House for long-term rent, Situated a short walk from the center of Praia da Luz, this villa consists of 2 floors with panoramic views of the sea.On the ground floor, an entrance hall with guest WC, an open plan living room with fireplace and sliding doors to the south facing terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area.Downstairs: a central hall, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), all rooms are spacious, with built-in wardrobes. Two bedrooms have a sea view and access to the large terrace with private pool. The other two bedrooms have access to an interior terrace where there is a storage room with plenty of storage.Outside the house, there is an entrance with gate and covered parking for 1 car, stairs lead to the roof with a large terrace and incredible coastal views.The terraces at the rear of the villa are connected by stairs from the living room level to the bedroom level. At the end of the pool there are additional stairs, leading to the back of the house with additional parking.Extra expenses like water, electricity and gas are not included in the price.
